Retention period

Only the data strictly necessary for the purposes above is kept, for the following periods:

• Quote requests and pre-contractual exchanges: 3 years from the last contact;
• Customer order data: 5 years from the end of the business relationship;
• Accounting documents (invoices): 10 years, as required by law;
• Cookies and audience measurement: 13 months at most, according to saved preferences.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which relies on delivery points located in particular within the European Union. Quote form data is passed to our e-mail delivery provider for the sole purpose of routing your request to our sales team.
